Site Tour September
This September, uOREC is bringing back our Site Tour Series - bigger and better than ever. Over the course of the month, students will step beyond the classroom and inside four leading real estate firms. Each stop will offer a behind-the-scenes look at different sides of the industry, giving students the opportunity to explore active projects, hear directly from industry professionals, and build meaningful connections along the way. With more firms, more sites, and more opportunities to network, this will be our largest Site Tour Series to date!

2027 Fireside Chat
In January, one of uOREC's signature events is returning. This year's Fireside Chat will bring students face-to-face with a leading voice in the real estate industry for another engaging and candid conversation on their career, experiences and perspective on the industry. Real Estate Case Competition
This February, uOREC's Real Estate Case Competition returns, giving students the opportunity to step into the shoes of real estate professionals and tackle a real-world industry challenge. Working in teams, participants will analyze a case, evaluate opportunities, develop a strategic recommendation, and present their final pitch to a panel of experienced industry judges.
Designed to bridge the gap between the classroom and the industry, the competition will challenge students to apply their financial, analytical, strategic, and presentation skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Beyond the competition, participants will gain valuable exposure to industry professionals, receive firsthand feedback, and experience what it takes to bring a real estate deal or strategy from analysis to pitch.
